Rental Procedures

1. Give Michelle or Stacy your email so you can fill out an application on the Doorloop App. 
2. Once you have filled out an application, we will HOLD the house for you for 3 days. 
3. We will email all prospective tenants a lease to be read and signed within 5 days. We may show it before you have it returned. 
4. The FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT ($350/person in total) must be paid to your Doorloop App or to us in person before we will execute the lease. 
5. Once everyone's security deposit's are paid and the lease is signed, the house is yours!
